Returns Policy

Application Aspect warrants that the media, if any, on which the Software is furnished
will be free from any defects in materials. Exclusive remedy in the event of a defect
is expressly limited to the replacement of media. To receive a replacement for defective
media under this limited warranty, return the defective media to Supplier during
the Warranty Period (30 days from the date of delivery), with proof of payment.
Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) purchases of Application Aspect products are
not returnable as full featured evaluation software may be downloaded free of charge
from Application Aspect’s website.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY LICENSOR, ITS EMPLOYEES, DISTRIBUTORS,
DEALERS, OR AGENTS SHALL INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THE ABOVE WARRANTIES OR CREATE ANY
NEW WARRANTIES.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED
FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE
ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
Application Aspect reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at its discretion,
or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or
change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Returns
Policy on Application Aspect's Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web
sites, including the current version of our Returns Policy. Our returns policy is
made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our returns policy
for any such revisions.
