What are the payment options?
Ordering will be made through
Plimus. Following forms of payments are accepted: Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and derivatives of those brands),
Wire Transfer, Phone, Fax, Mail/Check/Money Order, PayPal.
The billing currency for all transactions is US dollar, regardless of the display
currency. Note that values in selected currency are only informative approximations.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. As Application Aspect's products are only available via ESD (Electronic
Software Download), there is no additional charge for shipping.
How do I place a credit card order?
To place an order, select the item you are interested in and click the ADD TO CART
button. You will now reach the Shopping Cart page. On this page you can change and
update the quantity you want to purchase (by default, the quantity entered is 1),
continue shopping on our site (while keeping your order active), or save and check
out to begin the purchasing process.
When you click Check Out, you will be taken to the secured Plimus web site. You will then be taken to the screen
where you will be asked to enter your personal information and to choose method
of payment. If you choose Secure Online Credit Card as your method of payment, you
will be taken to billing information screen where you will be asked to enter your
credit card information. When completed, press the Submit button to finalize your
order.
How do I go back to my order when I am ready to complete my purchase?
If you selected Continue Shopping and returned to our product pages, you will find
in upper right corner a button called VIEW CART. This button is on the same place
on every Application Aspect page. Clicking on this button at any time will display
the order you have started and give you the opportunity to finalize your purchase.
After you place your order, you will receive by e-mail an order confirmation issued
by Plimus,
our credit card processing company.
Is my order secure?
Yes, it is. Credit card transactions placed at the Application Aspect are processed
by Plimus
on their secure, SSL-encrypted server.
Who is Plimus and why does their name appear on my credit card statement?
Plimus is an authorized reseller of the Application Aspect. Plimus proprietary technology
supports back-office functions including financial reporting, fraud prevention,
customer service and sales tracking on behalf of its customers like the Application

How long will it take to receive my order?
As Application Aspect's products are only available via ESD (Electronic Software
Download), there is no time delay for shipping.
Credit cards and PayPal - immediate download of non-source code versions. US checks,
Wire transfers, Purchase orders, Fax, Phone - delivery after payment is received.
